Dinner for TEN
What a spread! With four couples who came to our home expecting dinner and drinks. They were completely bowled over as the hors d ‘ouevres were simply incredible mini tea sandwiches with prosciutto and turkey, and mini caramelized onion tarts. For appetizers we had Roasted Onion and Potato Soup garnished with Fried Onions and Arugula. The main course consisted of Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Root Vegetables and my guests were in awe with the combination and the succulent taste of the tenderloin. For desert we had Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Icing and Seasonal Berries in Grand Marnier which was the crowning touch! Way to go Chris and Odette says you can come again any time for such a spread and not only on our Anniversary!
